Tell us what you need and we will find it for you
One person handles your search from start to finish. You tell us what you need; we do the work.
In short
Tell us the area, budget and what you need, and we search for you, including beyond what we have listed. If there are options that fit, we write to you with the list. The search costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Tell us what you are looking for
Three answers are enough to start; the rest is optional. The search costs nothing.
Sending opens WhatsApp with your message written out. Nothing is sent until you send it.
How we work
You tell us what you need
Area or areas, budget, bedrooms, and whether you are buying or renting. One WhatsApp conversation, no long forms.
We search for you
Including beyond what we have listed. Do not spend hours going through portals: we do that part, and the same person handles your search from start to finish.
We write with what fits
Options that match what you asked for, with the good and the bad of each. If there is nothing worth your time yet, we tell you that too.
We go and see what you liked
We book the viewing, in person or by video call if you are outside Venezuela, and come with you.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to join the list?
No. The search costs nothing. If you buy, the seller pays the commission. If you rent, both sides pay, one month of rent each, when the contract is signed.
How often will you write to me?
When we have options that fit what you asked for, and after that only when something new turns up that fits. We do not send regular promotions.
Do you only show me your own listings?
No. We also search beyond what we have listed, for what you need, even if the property is not ours.
Can I search from abroad?
Yes. We arrange viewings by video call and send you video of the full walkthrough, so you see the property as if you were there.
