How it works
When someone tells us what they are looking for, we note their area, budget and type of property. When a new property comes in, we offer it to those people before listing it on the portals. If you are an owner, that means your property can have interested people on the day we take it on.

We will publish the numbers by area here once they reflect real enquiries. We would rather show an empty page than invented figures: it is exactly the kind of fact an owner checks.
