What happens when you write
You hear back from the same person who will handle your case, not a message centre. If you are buying or renting, the first step is understanding what you need and your budget, and from there we search for you, including beyond what we have listed.
If you own a property, we start with the valuation, which costs nothing, and with checking which papers you have and which are missing. None of that commits you to signing anything.
We work in Caracas and its metropolitan area, in Distrito Capital and Miranda. If you live outside Venezuela we coordinate by video call and work through a special power of attorney; it is a normal part of what we do, not an exception.

Before you write
How much does it cost to write to you or ask for a valuation?
Nothing. The valuation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you own a property, we start there and with checking which papers you have and which are missing.

Do you work with people who live outside Venezuela?
Yes, and it is a normal part of what we do, not an exception. We coordinate by video call and work through a special power of attorney for anyone who cannot travel to sign.
What if you have not listed what I am looking for?
Usually we will not have. When you tell us what you need and your budget, we search for you, including beyond what is on the site, and let you know when something that fits comes in.
What papers do I need to start?
It depends on what you are doing, and none is needed for the first conversation. The guides on the site explain each procedure with its deadlines and costs, and we can go through what you are missing with you.
What do you do with my details?
We keep your message to reply to you and nothing else: we do not send it to any email service or anyone else. The privacy page explains what is kept and for how long.
