We see its real condition, the services, and what moves the price up or down against others in the area. If you live abroad, we do it by video call.

A price with the comparable sales behind it, not a figure on its own. It includes what sold nearby, for how much and how quickly.
You decide
You can sell with us, wait, or simply keep the figure. There is no exclusivity and no charge for the valuation, and we only charge if a deal closes.

How long does it take?
We give you an approximate range on WhatsApp the same day. A valuation with a visit depends on when we can arrange access to the property.
Can you do it if I live outside Venezuela?
Yes. We arrange the visit with whoever has access to the property and show you everything by video call and recorded video.
Does it work for a property I am going to rent out?
Yes. We also value the monthly rent for your area and type of property.
