We work with buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords, in Venezuela and abroad. We are registered with the ONCDOFT, as the rules for real estate agents require, and the sales commission is 5%, paid by the seller and agreed in writing before listing.

How much experience do you have?

Are you legally registered?
Yes. Since 2026 real estate agents must register with the ONCDOFT, the anti-money-laundering office. Our registration number is published in the footer and you can check it.
How much do you charge?
The sales commission is 5% of the price, paid by the seller and agreed in writing before the property is listed. For rentals it is agreed when the contract is signed.
Do you only show the properties you have listed?
No. We also search beyond what we have listed, for what you need, even if the property is not ours.
Do you work with clients who live outside Venezuela?
Yes. We coordinate the special power of attorney, the apostille and viewings by video call, with updates on WhatsApp at every step.
